Happy Birthday Mom

To my mom, my hero, the one that has always been there for me no matter what, the one that I hope I can be just as half as good to my girls as you were to me, but most of all MY BEST FRIEND!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM! I LOVE AND MISS YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

Half Way There!!!

Today I am 20 weeks pregnant, doesn't seem like it already, but I guess it does go by faster than you think. Of course I do not miss the all day sickness, and I hope I am over all that. The next few months will be busy, but I am going to get as MUCH rest as possible! The month of February is dedicated to getting the nursery started AND HOPEFULLY completed! We will see. Please continue to pray for Dan and me and especially for Aubrey and Lainey!

We are having.......

Most of you may already know, but if not we are having GIRLS!!!! Dan, bless his heart, is going crazy! lol All I have heard is, 2 proms, 2 weddings, 2 etc., but he is excited. I just don't know what to think, I mean shopping is a favorite past time of mine, so I know we are going to be in trouble! Dan is determined to make one a tomboy and hopefully an Auburn fan, however, I hope the Auburn fan part doesn't happen! lol but, while they are young I must be fair.

We have chosen the names Aubrey Kathryn and Lainey Ryan

When we went for the appointment, they checked the heart chambers and each girl had all 4 which is great, stomach looked good, spine was there and looked good as well, and blood was flowing every direction that it needed to be!!! And those little cuties are weighing about 1/2 pound each, which the Dr said was very good for twins at the stage they are at.

Yes, we are still alive!

I am very behind on updating, but to be honest, I just really haven't felt like it! lol sorry! We had a wonderful Christmas, minus not getting to spend it with Mom, Jim and Eli, that was hard, but we survived. I didnt take any pictures so nothing to post, sorry, dont know what was wrong with me!

The week of New Year's, I was what I felt like literally on my death bed. In one day alone I had sinus infection and stomach virus! Sounds like fun I know! I missed work which I never do, but I just didnt have the energy to get out of bed. Then the Wednesday before New Year's, Dan gets sick as well, so that is how we brought in 2009....sick! We laid around for 2 days doing as little as possible, we did manage to get all the Christmas decorations put up, so that has made me feel a little better.

Dan has been doing a few honey do projects since he has been off, this week he is painting our bedroom, of course he is not happy about doing it, but he smiles and carries on! lol

We go back to the Dr friday and we are SUPPOSE to find out what the Twins are, SO PRAY PRAY PRAY that they cooperate and we can tell! I'll try to do my very best to post as soon as we know something, however, did I mention I think our computer might be taking a turn for the worst??? Well, going to take it this week to get checked, so that is another reason we have been MIA.
