Hunting Eggs

The girls attended their first Easter egg hunt this past Saturday. It was sooo funny watching them pick up the eggs and just look at them like" what's this??" I am excited about Easter weekend and getting to see them enjoy all the fun that is in store.

New Hairstyles

First Visit with the Easter Bunny

This past Friday night we took the girls to see the Easter Bunny for the first time, by the look on their faces they weren't too impressed. Oh well...Hopefully he we still bring them a few goodies in their Easter baskets!

Another Trip to the Park

Sunday we thought we would take the girls to the park again to "try" and feed the ducks, but either everyone else had that idea over the weekend and the ducks were already full or they just didn't like our whole grain bread?!? Anyway, we walked around the trail at the lake and then made our way over to the playground to swing. It was soo funny hearing little kids pass by us saying" look at those twins!"

My Superheroes

To celebrate Hudson's 5th Birthday, he had a Superhero Birthday Party. The invitation asked that you wear your favorite superhero. Well, we took the short and less expensive route and just got our favorite superhero tshirts. Here are my superheroes.....

9 Months Old

I really get emotional thinking that in 3 more months the girls are going to be a year old. I promise I am trying not to rush anything! Yes, sometimes it would be nice to see them crawling ( dont want the walking yet) everywhere, but then I know they are one more step closer to not being a baby, but moving up to the toddler stage. however, no matter how old they are they will ALWAYS be my babies!

What is Aubrey up to.......

• weighing 17 lbs and 11ozs and is 27 3/4 inches long



• can hold her own bottle



• drinks from her sippy cup



• is eating all sorts of baby food, except the meats...they just look gross!



• Loves the Gerber Puffs!



• can pull herself up on her knees and is slowly working her way to a full stand up position



• has two pearly whites in her sweet little mouth



• is on the verge of crawling, until it happens she rolls EVERYWHERE, she rolled around the entire kitchen one night



• can wave "bye-bye"



• favorite word (still) da-da-da , but can say bye bye a little bit



• and if she looks at you just right...looks just like Dan!

What is Lainey up to......

• she is weighing 17 lbs 14.5 ozs and is 28 1/2 inches long



• can hold her own bottle



• drinks from her sippy cup



• is eating all sorts of baby food, except the meats...they just look gross!



• Loves the Gerber Puffs!



• can pull herself up in her bed, but anything else she is still only getting up to her knees, but the full stance isn't far away



• has two pearly whites in her sweet little mouth



• SHE IS CRAWLING...not very far, but she has started!



• favorite word(still as well) da-da-da, but is saying bye bye as well, especially when she hears me tell someone bye on the phone she then says "bye bye"(Dan didn't believe me when I told him she would do this, but he heard her Tuesday night say it and was amazed)



• she has ways that do look like me, but she without a doubt has my personality :)

I am behind on blogging, but the girls have been a little under the weather the past week so I have been dealing with that. Plus doing the children clothing parties as well, so I am one tired Momma! Anyway, here are a few random pictures.
