Hudson gets a Tractor

Well Dan and I got our first practice at putting a big toy together! Hudson received a John Deere Tractor from "Santa" aka Nana for Christmas, and Dan and I bonded putting the tractor together. Nana helped as well putting all the stickers on and adding the final touches at the very end. It was a fun experience, but Dan and I are glad we have a FEW years before we have to experience it with our own children!

Christmas Time

Well Christmas has come and gone, however we still have one more family gathering to attend before its " officially" over! It is hard to believe next year we will be celebrating our first Christmas as a MARRIED couple!!!!! Still doesn't seem real! lol However, it did hit Dan over the weekend when we went wedding band shopping, he FINALLY picked one out and I think the nerves are starting to kick in for us both! I am posting a few pictures from the family gatherings we have went to and will post more after our final one! Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!

Well once Martha is married and then I get married, the 3 Amigos will all be married women! It's kinda scary! However, I love both these girls to death!

Reunion

Every year all my friends that I graduated high school with get together and just go out to eat somewhere. This year was a small group compared to years before, but it was still nice to see some of my friends that I haven't seen in a few months!

Dan and I decided to go hunting one Saturday morning, needless to say, I was sooo sleepy that I wouldn't be quiet and he has threatened that I can never go again, but I will get to. It just needs to get cold first! I am tired of this hot weather in December!

What Has Been Going On

Well I thought I would add a few pictures and let everyone see what has been going on in the "lovebirds" lives! LOL

Dan and I went to the Iron Bowl this year! Of course I wanted to go to TRY and pull my team on to victory, but we all know that didnt happen! But its ok Bama Fans, we are rebuilding, we WILL defeat the cow college again, SOON!!! ( Sorry Dan!)

This is our Christmas Card this year!!!! It wasnt the easiest thing getting Beau to sit still and look at the camera, needless to say, we owed him a TON of treats when it was all over! Thanks to my stepdad Jim for our lovely Big Al and Aubie yard decorations he did for us! And of course this is my little angel Beau, he is my child!

A New Beginning

Well, I have learned to fall in love reading everyone's blogs that they have. However, most of the ones I do read, talk about everyone's children, BUT since Dan and I don't have any, I thought it would be fun to start a blog about things we will go through getting ready for our BIG DAY!!! :) On December 12, we will have exactly 4 months to go ( April 12 is the big day)!!! It's kinda Scary! I can remember when we first got engaged in July and I thought that April would NEVER get here!! I did get news today that my dress was in! I think that is the first thing that has hit me to make me realize that this dream is finally starting to come true! So I hope we can make all of you laugh, smile and who knows you might even cry reading this! Thanks to all of you that have been there with us since the beginning and to all of you that we have met along the way!
