We went back to the Dr on Tuesday. Heartbeats sounded good, I go back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound and check up. I go back in March for the dreaded sugar test! lol so any advice on how to pass it the first time around, I will gladly accept!!! My only complaint was HEARTBURN!!! It has been bad, especially the past few days, so if the saying is true, Aubrey and Lainey are going to have the most hair of any newborn!! Please continue to keep us all in your prayers!
The nursery projects are starting this week, the biggest one....PAINTING!!! I'll post pictures of the process!

Glad to hear eveything is going well. I didn't ever eat breakfast and passed both sugar test with both children. I understand its best to keep your normal routine so they get the correct reading. You really don't want to mess anything up for those sweet baby girls. Good Luck!
No worries if you don't pass the first time either. I barely failed the first one and had to take the 3 hour test. I passed that one without any issues.
So glad to hear that everything is going well so far. Sorry you are having heartburn, I am definetely sympathize. I had it soooo bad with Olivia. My doc put me on a prescription to help with it at about 20 weeks and that made a BIG difference.
About the sugar test, I ate a light breakfast (oatmeal and milk) the 1st time I took it and I barely failed. When I took the 3 hour test the nurse advised me to to not eat anything after midnight and I passed it without any problems. However the 3 hour test isn't that bad so I wouldn't get upset if you don't past it the 1st time. The hardest part for me was that I was starving the whole time. About half way through Kyler was complaining about being hungry so I said go get yourself a snack, thinking he would get something small. He came back with a chicken sandwhich that smelled so good. I could have killed him, lol.
Glad everything is going well! The heartburn thing was very accurate for me - I had terrible heartburn and both girls had a head full of hair! Ask your doctor, but I was able to take Pepcid and it helped a ton!
I had terrible heart burn with Lily Grace the entire nine months. Almost the entire pregnancy I had to sleep sitting straight up in the recliner! It was not fun at all! But guess what, she had NO hair!! I thought she would have a ton from what I had heard! I tried every different kind of heartburn medicine you could take and never found anything that worked. :( Hopefully it will ease up some for you. I am sorry you are having it. Also, I failed the sugar test first time by ONE POINT!!! I was so mad! But then I did pass the second easy. It wasn't that bad though, so no worries. Good luck with it! Im thinking about you guys! Miss y'all a ton!
